Amber is one of our Real Estate and Title Paralegal in the office. She has been a paralegal for 25 years and got her start in Foreclosure Law representing financial institutions. Later moving to defend the homeowners from losing their homes as a result of predatory lending practices. Since the leveling out of the Foreclosure boom, Amber has found herself working in Third Party Insurance Defense and ultimately finding a legal home with Real Estate Closings. When she is not navigating buyers and sellers to the closing table, she can be found spending time with her sons and grandchildren.
Ann-Marie is one of our Real Estate and Title Paralegal in the office. She has been a paralegal for 13 years expertly guides buyers and sellers from start to finish, prepares legal documents and ensures compliance with all procedural requirements. She is committed to making the real estate process smooth and efficient for all parties involved. When she’s not working, she enjoys family time with her son, traveling, and staying active in the gym.
Audra is the newest addition to our team. She brings with her more than 15 years of Paralegal experience, concentrated in the Estate Planning and Probate fields. As a South Florida native and the proud owner of a “beach-adjacent” condo, Audra is well versed in the benefits of a “Ladybird Deed”. Her fun-in-the-sun isn’t limited to the beach. She is an avid Sports Fisher-lady and counts several championship trophies among her prized possessions. Audra loves to cook and she vows to make pasta from scratch in 2026. She takes her role as “Funt” (Fun Aunt) seriously, and makes frequent trips to the Atlanta area where her younger sister and sweet as Georgia-peaches-nieces thrive. But with full disclosure, her pride and joy has four paws, a wet nose and a swagger in his stroll. Her sweet doggie-doodle Ebby, a 1 year old Maltese puppy, keeps her heart warm and filled with love.
Kathy has been a part of our team for over 22 years as legal assistant working with title, real estate and probate law. Now leading our probate division, Kathy works with clients and the Courts to get those orders and expeditiously as possible. When not entrenched in probates, Kathy loves spending time with her grandchildren.
Rachele is a legal assistant with extensive experience. Rachele specializes in estate planning but fills in wherever and whenever needed. She has a proven track record for meeting and exceeding directives, is adept at juggling many projects at the same time and is very detail oriented. Rachele graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a BA in English and a minor in Economics and Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business Administration with an MBA in Management Systems. Rachele and her husband now live in Fort Lauderdale with their mini goldendoodle while their now-adult girls are living their best lives in New York City.
Shanese is a dedicated probate paralegal who brings hard work, professionalism, and compassion to every estate she handles. She is known for her strong organizational skills and determination when supporting families through the probate process. Outside the office, she enjoys movie nights, game nights, and spending time as a boy “Dog” mom.
Shira works as a paralegal in the Estate Planning Department and makes the estate planning intake process as seamless as possible, with an emphasis on compassion. She has been in the field of law for over 10 years and enjoys that our office does not litigate (we are lovers not fighters). Shira has always had a strong connection not only to her own grandparents, but to the elders of her community. Proud of being outgoing, approachable and (so she proclaims) a funny person. When she’s not steering our clients through the process of creating a Trust, Lady Bird Deed or Power of Attorney, she loves spending time with her amazing family and taking her son and daughter to the beach.
Sofia is our Office Manager and is known for her outgoing, client-focused personality. Alongside her full-time role, she is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Outside of work, Sofia loves spending time with her family, boyfriend, and beloved cats, and enjoys creative hobbies like pottery and painting, all while balancing her academic and professional commitments.
Yvette is one of the newest members of our fabulous team working in our estate planning department. She has a 16-year background in Estate Planning but has dedicated her working career in the legal field for over 24 years as a paralegal/legal assistant. She’s humble and loves working with people. She was born and raised in Miami-Dade County and moved to Broward County in 1997. When not working, you can find her hanging with her wonderful husband and her handsome son and adorable grandson. Her family helps to keep it moving.
